Refund policy

We know how important it is to wear pieces that fit comfortably and make you feel confident.
We are more than happy to honor a 7-day return for store credit ONLY. This means you have 7 days to request a return from the delivery date.

Once we email you back with a shipping label and confirmation of your return, you have 3 business days to return that item to the post office to be sent back to us. If the post office does not receive that return 3 business days after we send the shipping label to you, the return WILL be cancelled. There will be $6 taken off of your store credit from the return to cover shipping for the return label.

  • All sale/discounted items. This includes all merchandise bought with a DISCOUNT CODE.

Subscriptions 

Monthly membership boxes whether it is one time or auto renewal are NOT eligible for return. If you receive a style that does not fit, please reach out via email so we can work together on a resolution.  


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at shop@ellereigncollective.com with your order number and reason for return. Please allow a full business day for a response.

If an item is damaged please send us a photo immediately to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Receiving Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit via email. 

 

 

Disclosure:

If we happen to approve a late return, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.
